Costa Fuegos was created by Leandro “Lalo” Medley Liniers, an Argentinian from Chascomús and the heart behind every grill we light. Lalo has been living in Mijas for over ten years, together with his family —Soledad, his wife; Helena, their daughter; and Diego, his brother-in-law— bringing Argentinian tradition to life with the unique energy of the Costa del Sol.

Barbecue with Identity and Experience
What began as a simple barbecue service for private celebrations has grown into a complete gastronomic proposal: Costa Fuegos Events, focused on weddings and special celebrations, and Costa Fuegos Foodtruck, present at fairs, open-air spaces and music events with a varied and carefully curated offer.
Although our essence remains the same —Argentinian-style barbecue, selected cuts, slow fire and refined technique— Lalo has taken this passion further. Today, Costa Fuegos also includes foodtrucks offering empanadas, crispy chicken, lomitos, burgers and other creations that blend tradition with modern street food.
Our Way of Doing Things
For us, grilling is more than a cooking method: it’s a craft, a rhythm and a way of bringing people together. Every service is prepared with care, from selecting the ingredients to the final details of the presentation.
We want every wedding, fair or gathering to carry something of us: warmth, flavour and honest gastronomy.
